Your agreement to proceed with this insurance transaction shall constitute your consent to the “Privacy Policy Statement” of National.  

- ('簡稱")已獲  閣下授權可向產品分銷商、承包商、其他金融服務供應商收集、持有及使用 閣下透過('簡稱")介紹的相關的產品分銷商、承包商、其他金融服務供應商之網上投保平台所提交的全部個人資料, 以便處理本申請及/或提供與保險有關的售後服務(包括但不限於保單管理,及/或索償處理及/或資料核對)及推廣其他產品、服務或優惠予  閣下之用。I/We hereby declare, agree and consent National is authorised to collect, keep and use all of my/our personal data that have been submitted by me / us to the product distributors, contractors, other financial services providers via the online application platforms that introduced by National for the purposes of processing this application and/or providing subsequent insurance-related services (including but not limited to administering the insurance policy issued to you and/or processing any claim under the insurance policy issued to you and/or data matching) and promoting other products, services or offers to you.
